AnswerConnect traces it's origins to humble beginnings as a small long-distance company called CTI Long Distance. Started by two college buddies in the early '90s in Portland, Oregon, the company quickly found itself in need of a call center to handle thier growing clientele. After failed attempts to find a call center that would fit thier needs, they decided to start one of thier own.
This small call center was an unqualified success. The talented people who started this company found like-minded individuals to help them with this new endeavor. Shortly thereafter, AnswerConnect was formed to offer this outstanding call center experience to other companies.
Over the years, AnswerConnect has continued to grow at an outstanding rate. Yet at the same time, they have held on to the core values that brought them this success in the first place. They have continued to seek talented individual to help them stay fresh and relevant to the need of thier clients.
