Getting the right people on the bus, is essential to getting the best results. AnswerConnect works with fulltime in house recruiters so we can focus ongetting the best talent pool available. Our recruiters search for new specialized team positions and new Business Support Associates with strong backgrounds, education, and leadership qualities.

Here's the process we go through once a new Business Support Associate submits an application:

    We carefully review applicant resumes, looking for experience in customer care, sales, and/or specified industry areas.

    Our recruiting team then conducts phone screenings and/or face-to-face interviews. Some positions require multiple interviews.

    If we decide an applicant is suitable, we conduct a background check and ask them to complete the following skills tests:

    • Measured listening skills
    • Telephone etiquette
    • Word Processing testing
    • Typing tests

    Success! Our acceptance rate is selective. Once we find the right fit, we send a job offer letter and schedule training. Training gives our team a competitive edge to compliment their strong backgrounds.
