If you’re an AnswerConnect customer, you probably already know that you can sign into our Online Access system to see your messages or pay your bill. Online Access offers more than that, though. Here are a few things you can do online anytime:

Change how we answer your phone. Let’s say Amanda has her account for Cupcakes Galore set up so our agents greet callers with “Thank you for calling Cupcakes Galore. How may I help you?” One day, Amanda decides to change it up. She logs into online access and edits her greeting to be “Cupcakes Galore! What are you hungry for today?” Our system will now present the new greeting to our agents starting with her next call. If Amanda decides to change it back, all she has to do is log back in and edit the text again.

Create a directory. We pride ourselves on answering your phones just like you would. That’s hard to do if we don’t know enough about you. Luckily, we made it easy for you to give us a basic staff directory. That way, our agents know Cupcakes Galore’s Doyenne of Dough is Billie Jo Baker (as well as her direct line and email address) and the Icing Specialist is Herbert Frostalot. If an employee leaves your company or gets promoted, you can edit your directory in a flash so we’re always up to date.

See what we see. At any time, you can use Agent View to see what our customer experience specialists see when they answer your line. That way, you’ll be able to set up your account just how you want it. You’ll have better insight into what we have in front of us, and that will help us provide the caller experience you want.

Our team works every day to make Online Access a more valuable self-service tool. Coming in 2015, you’ll be able to log in and see your usage, so you’ll know if you’re getting close to exceeding your plan’s minutes.
