We can spend all the money in the world on advertising. We can tell you until we’re blue in the face about our great customer service, professionalism and reliability. But there’s just no better marketing than word-of-mouth. Recently, a potential client reached out to one of our long-time customers, Jim Bolain of Sun Digital Inc. for a referral.   6. Are your customers aware that they are calling a ‘service’? No, they answer just like one of our front desk staff that route calls in house and you can script exactly how you want them to answer and handle.
  7. If AnswerConnect could improve in one area, what would it be? Honestly, I can’t think of any issue today that I would want to change. If I did have any concerns when we started, they were addressed immediately.  They’ve filled a large gap for us, coming from a voice mail system or having a staff person on call just for phones. I can now tell clients a “human being” always answers our phones. That is a big plus coming from an Information Technology company in our area. I even have our system setup on heavy volume days to forward overload calls to them and they capture.  This is a major plus.
