Agent Out Call

When an agent makes an outbound call. This may be done for a variety of reasons. In an inbound setting, an agent out call may be placed to relay a message or to escalate a call scenario. In an outbound call setting, this would be done in the normal performance of an agent?s duties, such as telemarketing.
