All Trunks Busy (ATB)

If all trunks in a specified trunk group are busy. Inbound and outbound calls cannot be accepted in this state. This can be tracked through reporting as to the amount of time elapsed during an all trunks busy state. The number of callers that received busy signals, however, is not reported.
