Auto Wrap-up
Auto Wrap-up is a feature of ACD that puts agents automatically into after-call work after they finish a call. After completing any after-call work, the agent can go back into available status.
AnswerConnect uses ACD (automatic call distribution) to ensure that calls are properly routed. The auto wrap-up feature, however, is not used.
