Auxiliary Work State
Auxiliary Work State occurs when an operator is doing work other than handling calls. An operator may enter this state to process paperwork or other related duties.
AnswerConnect agents rarely use this state except in cases of extremely low call volume. Agents usually remain in a call handling state while performing other duties between calls.
