Call Blending

Call Blending is the practice of using a single group of operators to take both inbound and outbound calls. The thought behind this practice is to give operators more work during periods of reduced inbound call volume. While this may sound like a productive practice, it is difficult to implement, as inbound calls and outbound telemarketing are two dynamically different arenas of practice.

AnswerConnect is exclusively an inbound call center and does not use call blending. Since operators only take incoming calls, we are able to focus our training to just taking those types of calls.
