Call Forward Don't Answer
Call forward don?t answer can be used as an alternative to regular call forwarding when the line is not answered after a given time frame. The timing, not the number of rings, regulates how long the wait for the forward is. One ring equals 6 seconds. This can be used a s a backup to regular call forwarding in case the customer forgets to forward their phones.
Call forward ? don?t answer is a useful ways for AnswerConnect customers to handle their calls when they may be on the other line or away for lunch. This alleviates a customer from having to remember to forward their phone every time they leave their desk.
