Home Agent
Home agents are operators that work offsite, at a different location from where the call center is. Home agents typically handle similar calls that call center agents take; only they do so out of their homes. Home agents are also referred to as telecommuting or home operators.
AnswerConnect currently does not employ home agents. All of our customer service representatives are located at our call center in Portland, Oregon. We find that we can maintain a higher level of service and standards.
