Multilingual Agents
Multilingual agents are call center representatives that are fluent in more than one language. Operators that are multilingual can handle calls from people that speak a language other than English. Multilingual agents are oftentimes referred to as being ?bilingual.? Some call centers staff bilingual agents around the clock, while others have them for limited times during the day.
