Outsourcing
Outsourcing is when someone contracts with an outside company to have them handle their calls and contacts. When outsourcing, the call center that takes the calls can take all of the company?s calls or only during select times. Some call centers outsource their own calls to other call centers, both in and outside of the U.S
AnswerConnect does not outsource its calls. We also do not outsource calls to home operators, other call centers, or out of the country. We handle all calls on site at our call center in located in Portland, Oregon.
