Remote Agent
When an agent is working outside the physical traditional call center. Remote agents are linked to the call center and serve as backup agents. A remote agent is hooked to the center by means of computers and various links.
AnswerConnect does not use remote agents, as this can reduce the level of quality service. Our operators are entirely based in our main call center, assuring proper management of your calls.
