Voicemail
Voicemail is a system used for electronic messaging. Callers can leave recorded messages over the phone, which can then be retrieved by the customer. It serves the same function as an answering machine, but is much more accessible. The sound quality is typically better than a home-based answering machine.
At AnswerConnect, voicemail can be used in conjunction with a live agent or independently. Voicemail messages that are recorded at AnswerConnect can be retrieved by calling in on our toll-free voicemail line, or sent via e-mail. The voicemail messages that are sent via e-mail are sent in .WAV format so you can listen to them through your computer.
