With the new Dashboard, it\u2019ll be easier than ever to stay on top of your AnswerConnect account.<\/p>\n<p>Keep reading for a step-by-step tour of the Dashboard features.<\/p>\n<h2>Client Web Access Dashboard: Where Is It?<\/h2>\n<p>Good question. The Dashboard is conveniently located in the same <a href=\"https:\/\/access.answerconnect.com\/login\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Client Web Access portal<\/a> you\u2019ve always used. If you\u2019re new to AnswerConnect, or it\u2019s been a while since you\u2019ve logged in, just go to access.answerconnect.com and enter your email address\u00a0and password.<\/p>\n<p>The Dashboard is now the \u201cfront page\u201d of CWA. You\u2019ll see it by default when you log in. If you navigate to other parts of CWA and want to return to the Dashboard, just click the link at the top of the main menu on the left.<\/p>\n<p>The Dashboard will show data from the current month by default. Across the top of the screen, you\u2019ll see your <strong>Total Calls<\/strong> received, <strong>Total Minutes<\/strong> used, the <strong>Average Duration<\/strong> of your calls, and the <strong>Average Calls Per Day<\/strong> count for the month.<\/p>\n<p>If you want to see data from a past month, use the dropdown menu at the top left.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-7044\" src=\"https:\/\/lh3.googleusercontent.com\/e2mmghque2MRnyJp_a_uQzqDEUYKWv0OL_o5O5watu2HuXZRquF7fGWmRTStQ1bfcsHZk_xkje_3ntyw62lFvpjOfXqUMw=s0\" alt=\"CWA date picker\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Below the four main numbers is a graph of the month, showing your <strong>number of calls in gray<\/strong> and your <strong>minute usage in blue<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>At the top right corner of the graph, you\u2019ll see some controls. The first two allow you to choose whether to show a line graph or a bar graph.<\/p>\n<h2>Data View and Download<\/h2>\n<p>You can also click the <strong>Data View<\/strong> button to show the data as a table.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-7045\" src=\"https:\/\/lh3.googleusercontent.com\/hyDQT_I6U1bVKokh6zbPYU2Zb1gvppay6QeIZI6vm5OPjTvGKuiQfsB_mJ-1fOH-eIpM8wNMvv7QHaSARoRH1WihFVbmIg=s0\" alt=\"CWA dashboardmain\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Finally, the <strong>CSV Download<\/strong> button allows you to download the displayed data as a comma separated values (CSV) file. You can import this file into your favorite spreadsheet application, such as Excel.<\/p>\n<p>And that\u2019s it! The Dashboard puts your usage for the current month, and the previous few months, right at your fingertips. No more wondering how many minutes you\u2019ve used!
