Outstanding,&nbsp;reliable&nbsp;customer experience is a competitive advantage.<\/h2>\n<p>Four Seasons\u2019 architecture may vary from property to property, but they always strive to offer a platinum level of customer service.&nbsp;&nbsp;When they deliver this consistently excellent service over and over again across the world, the business builds customer loyalty and reduces customer sensitivity to price.<\/p>\n<h2>2. Each employee should be valued and empowered to help customers \u2013 from the maids through to top managers.&nbsp;&nbsp;Any managers who valued their own ego above letting employees make decisions were eventually expelled from the Four Seasons organization.<\/p>\n<h2>4.
