Or, in many cases, if it will happen at all. What will work look like post-pandemic?&nbsp; &nbsp; <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.wsj.com\/articles\/most-salesforce-employees-to-work-remotely-at-least-part-time-after-pandemic-11612897201?mod=business_lead_pos3\">Salesforce<\/a> recently announced that they will be giving their employees three options for their work. One includes the \u201cflex\u201d option that up to 72% of employees in a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.us.jll.com\/en\/trends-and-insights\/research\/global-workforce-expectations-shifting-due-to-covid-19\">Fall 2020 JLL<\/a> survey prefer.&nbsp;Salesforce and many other companies are also exploring flexible scheduling with employees working the hours that work for them.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>While 2020&#8217;s shift to remote work was mostly a haphazard affair; the shift back to the office should be a gradual process.
