• Will the trial continue for 14 days if I cancel immediately?

  No, the trial will end immediately along with your services.

• Can I upgrade/downgrade my chosen plan value during the trial?

  No, you can’t change plans during your free trial period. You can either immediately end your free trial and move to a new plan (or) change plan for the next billing cycle.

• Will my trial end if I exceed 150 minutes before 14 days?

  If you use all of your 150 minutes before the end of the 14 day period, your new billing cycle on your chosen plan will begin. You will be notified of your usage throughout your free trial via email and will also be able to check it yourself in the AnswerConnect app.

• Why do you need card details for a free trial?

  Your card details help us to verify your identity during the sign-up process. It also allows for a seamless transition at the end of the trial, as transactions on your billing cycle will be authorized seamlessly.

• If I refer a business during my free trial, when will I get my referral account credit?

  Your referral account credit will be added in the subsequent billing cycle. (upcoming month’s billing cycle)
