  • Do I have to commit to a contract to get the free trial?arrow

    The free trial is your opportunity to see if AnswerConnect works for your business. We'll never lock you in to a contract, so if our service isn't right for you, you can cancel anytime.

  • How does the free trial work?arrow

    Our friendly sales team will help you get started by signing you up to the plan that best suits your business needs. We'll onboard you quickly, building your account like we would for any other client, but you won't be charged until you've used 150 minutes, or reached 14 days or service, whichever happens first.

  • Can I cancel my account during the free trial?arrow

    Yes, of course. If you decide you'd like to cancel your AnswerConnect account, you can do so anytime. If you cancel before the end of your trial period, your account will be deactivated right away, so you will lose any remaining free minutes.

  • Will I be able to use the AnswerConnect app during my free trial? arrow

    Yes, you will get access to our full suite of features, including our mobile and desktop app. The app is a great way to stay on top of your messages, and keep track of your usage throughout the trial.

  • Can I upgrade/downgrade my plan during the free trial? arrow

    Every customer on the free trial will get 150 minutes, completely free. If think you're going to need more minutes than what's included in your chosen plan after your free trial ends, our friendly Client Services team would be happy to help. Or, you can request a plan change in the AnswerConnect app.

  • Will my trial end if I exceed 150 minutes before 14 days? arrow

    Yes, if you use your free 150 minutes before the 14th day, you will automatically roll over to your preselected plan. You will be notified of usage throughout your free trial via email and will be able to check it yourself in the AnswerConnect app.

  • Do I need to provide my payment card details to sign up for the free trial? arrow

    Your onboarding will be managed just like any other customer, to ensure you can enjoy our full suite of features from day 1. We take payment information up front to ensure that when your free trial ends, there is no interruption to your service. If you decide AnswerConnect isn't right for your business, you're free to cancel anytime.

  • If I refer a business during my free trial, when will I get my referral account credit? arrow

    Your referral account credit will be added in your next month’s billing cycle.
