This added layer of protection ensures that your login is verified before access is granted.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Why should you use it?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:18px\">Enabling 2FA helps protect your AnswerConnect account from:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li style=\"font-size:18px\">Unauthorized access<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li style=\"font-size:18px\">Data breaches<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li style=\"font-size:18px\">Identity theft or fraudulent use<br><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:18px\">Each login attempt requires a unique, time-sensitive code, so even if someone has your password, they won\u2019t be able to log in without the email code.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>When logging in, you may also see a \u201cTrust This Device\u201d option on the one-time passcode (OTP) screen. If selected, the device you\u2019re using will be remembered as a verified device, and you won\u2019t need to enter a code on future logins from that same browser or device. This can make logging in faster on personal or secure devices.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Who can manage 2FA?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:18px\"><strong>Account Owners\/Admins<\/strong> can enable 2FA on the accounts of all app users<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:18px\"><strong>1.<\/strong> Log in to your app and go to the <strong>Settings<\/strong> section &gt;
