{"id":138,"date":"2022-05-19T16:00:35","date_gmt":"2022-05-19T16:00:35","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.answerconnect.co.uk\/helpcentre\/?p=138"},"modified":"2023-07-24T08:37:50","modified_gmt":"2023-07-24T08:37:50","slug":"heres-how-to-set-up-auto-pay","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.answerconnect.com\/help-center\/billing\/heres-how-to-set-up-auto-pay\/","title":{"rendered":"Here&#8217;s how to set up auto-pay"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Auto-pay makes it easy for you to pay your AnswerConnect bill each month automatically.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You can use direct debit or a credit card for your automatic payments.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To set up auto-pay, log into your <a href=\"https:\/\/my.answerconnect.app\/\">AnswerConnect App<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In the app,<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Go to <strong>Billing &amp; Reports<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click <strong>Add a new<\/strong> payment method to add your auto-pay method.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Select <strong>Pay by card<\/strong> or <strong>Direct debit<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>When you first sign up, you will be asked to provide a credit or debit card for the initial payment.
