The number of minutes included depends on the plan you\u2019re on.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:18px\">Here\u2019s everything you need to know about how your plan minutes work, including how they\u2019re calculated, what happens if you go over, and whether unused minutes roll over.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">How are my minutes calculated for billing?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:18px\">We calculate your minutes based on the total time required to handle each call, including any after-call work our receptionists complete to process your message.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:18px\"><strong>You won\u2019t be charged for the first 30 calls under 30 seconds that you receive during each billing cycle.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:18px\">You also won\u2019t be charged for queue time between a call reaching our system and a receptionist answering it. This is generally only a few seconds, but we don\u2019t include this time in your billed minutes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:18px\">For calls lasting longer than 30 seconds, we bill by the whole minute, rounded up.
