We bill on the 1st day of each month for your usage during the previous month. If you have autopay set up on your account, the transaction will happen on the 2nd of the month.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
For example, on 1st of February, you’d get a bill for your usage from 1st to 31st January.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
However, your first month with us is an exception. When you sign up, you pay in advance for the first month of service. Therefore, the first bill you receive will show that you don’t owe anything. To continue the example above, if you sign up on the 1st of January, you’ll prepay for January at that time. On the 1st of February, you’ll receive an invoice showing no payment due for January as you’ve already paid!
