Your billing cycle is the monthly period used to calculate your bill. You\u2019ll be billed on the same date each month for your usage during the upcoming month.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

For example, if you sign up on May 14th, your billing cycle runs from the 14th of each month to the 13th of the following month. You\u2019ll be billed on the 14th for the upcoming billing cycle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Your monthly payment will be automatically taken on the date you signed up. If you would like to change this date, our client services team can help. Once complete, your changed billing date will take effect from the next billing cycle. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

2. Do my minutes roll over?<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

No. Unused minutes do not roll over to the next billing cycle. Learn more about how your minutes work here. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

3. What if I\u2019m charged before the end of my billing cycle?<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

If your account reaches $100 or more in overage charges, you will be charged before the end of your billing cycle. Learn how to monitor your usage here.<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n

4. How do I set up autopay?<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n
