For instance, if you are on a $200 plan then your overage is charged at $1.95 per minute. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If you think you are seeing a higher call volume than usual, don&#8217;t hesitate to call us at <a href=\"tel:+18005315828\">800-531-5828<\/a> or email us at <a href=\"mailto:clientservices@answerconnect.com\">clientservices@answerconnect.com<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Keep in mind that at any point during the month, we can retroactively change your rate plan for the current month.
