{"id":152,"date":"2022-05-20T11:06:17","date_gmt":"2022-05-20T11:06:17","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.answerconnect.co.uk\/helpcentre\/?p=152"},"modified":"2026-06-10T13:30:14","modified_gmt":"2026-06-10T13:30:14","slug":"charged-before-the-end-of-your-billing-cycle","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.answerconnect.com\/help-center\/billing\/charged-before-the-end-of-your-billing-cycle\/","title":{"rendered":"Charged before the end of your billing cycle?"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p style=\"font-size:18px\">You\u2019ll be charged before the end of your billing cycle if your account reaches $100 or more in overage charges.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:18px\">When this happens, we\u2019ll automatically charge the payment method you have on file with us for the overage amount only (not your regular monthly plan amount), even if it\u2019s in the middle of the billing period.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:18px\">Your card will be charged at the end of the day that your overage charges exceed $100. If your overage balance remains below $100, it will simply be included on your next invoice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:18px\">Overage charges are billed for minutes used beyond your monthly plan allowance.
