What does the integration do?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

When our virtual receptionists answer a call for your business, the integration pushes the caller’s information to your Zoho account as either a Lead or a Contact.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This integration is a one-way sync.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Activating the integration<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

From your AnswerConnect App:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Click on Settings<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Select Advanced Settings<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Select Integrations<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. Click the Zoho CRM<\/strong> integration card.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  5. Click Integrate<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    Connecting your accounts<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    1. Enter your Zoho username and password to connect your account with AnswerConnect. <\/li>\n\n\n\n
    2. Click the edit icon next to the account to name your account. <\/li>\n\n\n\n
    3. Click Continue<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

      Select the Zoho list where you want to export your contacts and click Continue<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Map the AnswerConnect fields to the corresponding Zoho attributes and click Continue<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Mandatory fields are marked with an asterisk.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Next, click Test<\/strong> to verify that the attributes are mapped correctly. Successful mapping will activate the integration.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
