What does the integration do?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This integration automatically creates a new Ticket in AutoTask when your virtual receptionist takes a message for your business.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Activating the Integration<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

From your AnswerConnect app:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Click Settings<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Select Advanced Settings<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Select Integrations<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. Choose the AutoTask integration card<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  5. Click Integrate<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    Connecting your accounts<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    Enter your AutoTask username and password. Click the edit icon next to the account to name your account. Next, click Continue.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Select the target list in AutoTask where Tickets will be exported and click Continue.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Map the AnswerConnect fields to the corresponding AutoTask attributes and click continue.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

     Mandatory fields are marked with a red asterisk.<\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\n\n

    Next, click the Test button to verify the attributes are mapped correctly. Successful mapping will activate the integration.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Deactivating the integration<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    To deactivate the integration:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    1. Go to Settings<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
    2. Select Advanced Settings<\/strong> <\/li>\n\n\n\n
    3. Click Integrations<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
    4. Choose the AutoTask integration card <\/li>\n\n\n\n
