What does the integration do?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The integration automatically pushes caller information to Infusionsoft as a new Contact.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Activating the integration<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

From your AnswerConnect application:
<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    \n
  1. Click Settings<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Select Advanced Settings<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Select Integrations<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. Choose the Infusionsoft integration card.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  5. Click Integrate<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    Connecting your accounts<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    Enter your Infusionsoft login credentials to connect your account with AnswerConnect.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Click on the Allow button<\/strong> to give AnswerConnect permission to access your Infusionsoft account.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Click the edit icon<\/strong> next to the account to assign a name to your Infusionsoft account. Then, click Continue<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Select the target Infusionsoft list where you want contacts exported and click Continue<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Map the fields of your AnswerConnect account to the corresponding Infusionsoft attributes and click Continue.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

     Mandatory fields are marked with a red asterisk.  <\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\n\n

    Next, click the Test button to verify the attributes are mapped correctly. Successful mapping will activate the integration.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    To set up the integration without any conditions, choose No when asked to create a filter. This means that all contacts will be sent to your Infusionsoft account.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Deactivating the integration<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    To deactivate the integration:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    1. Go to Settings<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
    2. Select Advanced Settings<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
    3. Click Integrations<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
    4. Choose the Infusionsoft integration card<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    5. Click Deactivate<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
