That\u2019s where we come in. When shoppers get stuck, they often give up, but with our phone or chat support, we guide them through the process and help complete the sale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:18px\">When we answer your calls, we can help input your customer\u2019s order there and then. Just give us the website where the orders will be placed, and we\u2019ll input the necessary information for your customers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Answering customer questions\u00a0<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:18px\">To help us assist your customers more effectively, you can provide up to five Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) and their answers. Whether we\u2019re answering questions or placing orders for your customers, it all comes from the same pool of plan minutes.
