Yes. You can update your business hours in the AnswerConnect app<\/a>. Your receptionists use them to give callers accurate information about when you’re open, such as letting a caller know when you’ll next be available.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Important:<\/strong> Updating your business hours doesn’t change how your calls are handled. If you want calls handled differently at different times of day, such as after hours or at weekends, contact our Client Services Team to update your time-based scripting<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

How to change your company’s business hours<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

  1. In the app, go to Settings<\/strong> and select Your brand<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Click the pencil icon<\/strong> at the top right.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Choose 24\/7<\/strong>, or select the days you’re open.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. Use the From<\/strong> and To<\/strong> fields to set your hours, or select Add custom hours<\/strong> for days with different times.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  5. Save your changes.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    2. Select Working Hours<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    3. Choose the days you’re available and adjust your start and end times.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
