Each type suits different scenarios, depending on the urgency of the call and the availability of the recipient.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Cold Transfer<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:18px\">In a cold transfer, the virtual receptionist transfers the call to you and disconnects as soon as you answer, without any introduction or background.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:18px\"><strong>Use case:<\/strong> Ideal when the recipient already expects the call or when minimal context is needed.
