What does the integration do?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

When our virtual receptionists answer a call for your business, the integration pushes the caller’s information to your Keap account as either a Lead or a Contact.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This integration is a one-way sync.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Activating the integration<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

From your AnswerConnect application, click on Settings<\/strong>, followed by Additional Settings<\/strong>. Select Integrations<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Click the Keap CRM integration card.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Click the Integrate button.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Connecting your accounts<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Enter your Keap username and password to connect your account with AnswerConnect. Click the edit icon next to the account to name your account. Next, click Continue.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Select the Keap list where you want contacts exported and click Continue.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Map the AnswerConnect fields to the corresponding Keap attributes and click Continue.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Note: Mandatory fields are marked with an asterisk.<\/strong>

<\/strong>Next, click the Test button to verify that the attributes are mapped correctly. Successful mapping will activate the integration.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Deactivating the integration<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

  1. Go to Settings<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Click Additional Settings<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Select Integrations<\/strong> <\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. Choose the Keap CRM integration card<\/li>\n\n\n\n
