Do I need a PSA account to use this integration?

Yes. You'll need an active PSA by Canam Systems account and an AnswerConnect account. No additional tools are required.

What information gets sent to PSA?

When your AnswerConnect receptionist handles a call, the caller's name, phone number, property address, type of loss, and any intake notes are passed directly into PSA as a new job record.

Can I customise what information my receptionists collect?

Absolutely. We'll work with you to build a call script that captures exactly what your dispatch team needs — type of damage, property access details, insurance information, urgency level, and more — so every job record in PSA is complete from the moment it's created.

Can information flow back from PSA to AnswerConnect?

Currently, the integration is one-way, moving information from AnswerConnect into PSA.
