Yes. You’ll need an active Apptoto account with a public booking link configured and an AnswerConnect account. No additional tools are required.

Your receptionist collects the caller’s name, contact details, and the appointment they want to book. This is the same information a customer would enter on your Apptoto link.

Yes. Bookings made by your receptionist appear the same to Apptoto as those made directly by a customer. All your existing confirmations, SMS reminders, and email reminders are sent on schedule, just as before.

The integration is made for new bookings. If a caller needs to change an existing appointment, your receptionist can guide them on how to update their booking using their Apptoto confirmation. This helps keep your records organized.

Your receptionist books appointments using the time zone set in your Apptoto link, so all appointments are scheduled in your business’s local time. This works even though our receptionists are in different time zones.
