When your AnswerConnect receptionist takes a message, the caller's name, phone number, and call notes are automatically added to Keap as a new contact record.

Will the integration trigger my existing Keap automations?

Yes. Once a new contact is created in Keap via the integration, any automation sequences you have set up for new contacts will trigger as usual — giving you instant, hands-free follow-up.

Can information flow back from Keap to AnswerConnect?
