Yes. An active Lofty account is required alongside your AnswerConnect account.

What information is transferred from AnswerConnect to Lofty?

The caller’s name, phone number, email address, and the message notes recorded by your receptionist. Additional fields can be mapped or added to the “Note” field in Lofty.

Which Lofty actions can be triggered?

The integration supports creating or updating leads, logging or updating transactions, finding records, and sending custom API requests to match your needs. Choose the actions that work for your workflow when you configure the integration.

Can leads or notes be assigned to more than one agent?

Yes. You can configure actions to assign new leads or notes to specific agents, teams, or brokerages in Lofty, according to your workflow.

Can the integration automatically log transaction milestones?

Yes—if your receptionists gather transaction information, the integration can create or update transaction records in Lofty automatically.

Does data sync both ways?

No. Data flows in one direction— from AnswerConnect into Lofty.

I’m already an AnswerConnect customer. How do I activate this?

In your AnswerConnect app, go to Integrations, select Lofty, choose your actions, map your fields, test, and publish. Our support team is on hand if you need any help with configuration.

Get your API Key.

In your Lofty account, visit the Integrations page in your settings and copy your API Key. You’ll need this to connect Lofty to Zapier.

Set up Lofty in Zapier.

In Zapier, select AnswerConnect as your Trigger App and choose “New Message” as the trigger event. Then, add Lofty as your Action App and select the desired action.

Test and publish.

Match the fields collected in your AnswerConnect script to the corresponding fields in Lofty. Test the integration to make sure everything works as expected, then publish it.
