Do I need a Trello account?

Yes. An active Trello account is required in addition to your AnswerConnect account.

What information gets transferred to Trello?

The caller’s name, phone number, email address (if collected during the call), and the message notes recorded by your receptionist. You choose how this data maps to your Trello card fields when you configure the integration.

Which card fields can be populated?

You can map call data to the card name, description, board, list, assigned members, label colour, and card position (top or bottom of the list).

Can I use this with any Trello board?

Yes. You specify which board and which list the cards are created in when you configure the integration. You can set up separate configurations for different boards if needed.

What if I need more than just creating or updating cards?

The native integration covers creating and updating cards. For more advanced Trello actions, the integration is also available via Zapier, which offers a broader range of workflow options.

Does data sync both ways?

No. Data flows in one direction — from AnswerConnect into Trello.
