Do I need a verified Twilio phone number?

Yes. You must have an active Twilio phone number configured in your Twilio account in order to send SMS messages or make outbound calls through the integration.

Can the integration connect two live callers together?

No. The integration can trigger an outbound call with an automated voice message, but it does not bridge two live callers. Connecting two parties in a real-time call would require a more advanced Twilio programmable voice setup outside of this integration.

Can messages be sent to multiple recipients?

Yes. You can configure separate Zapier actions to send notifications to multiple phone numbers if your workflow requires it.

Is there a limit on how many SMS messages can be sent?

Twilio message limits depend on your Twilio account type, the number configuration you're using, and carrier regulations. Check your Twilio account settings for details specific to your setup.

What information is transferred from AnswerConnect to Twilio?

The caller's name, phone number, email address (if collected), and the message notes recorded by your receptionist. You choose how this data is used in the message body when you configure your Zap.

Does data sync both ways?
