Our recruiters search for new specialized team positions and new Business Support Associates with strong backgrounds, education, and leadership qualities.

Here's the process we go through once a new Business Support Associate submits an application:
  • We carefully review applicant resumes, looking for experience in customer care, sales, and/or specified industry areas.
  • Our recruiting team then conducts phone screenings and/or face-to-face interviews. Some positions require multiple interviews.
  • If we decide an applicant is suitable, we conduct a background check and ask them to complete the following skills tests:
    • Measured listening skills
    • Telephone etiquette
    • Word Processing testing
    • Typing tests
  • Success! Our acceptance rate is selective. Once we find the right fit, we send a job offer letter and schedule training. Training gives our team a competitive edge to compliment their strong backgrounds.
