I can’t get the integration to work. Is this an AnswerConnect issue or a Copper issue?

How do I deactivate the Copper integration?
To deactivate the Copper integration:
- Go to the dashboard in your Zapier account.
- Select Zaps from the left sidebar.
- In the searchbar, search for the Zaps connected to the integration you wish to deactivate.
- Find the Zap you wish to deactivate.
- Click the ellipses on the integration and hit “Delete”.
I’ve switched accounts on my Copper. How do I get my AnswerConnect to connect with my new Copper account?
In the existing Zap workflow, choose the “Copper” app and look under the account section to change the “Copper” accounts.
