How do I see my call information in my Salesforce flows?
When the Salesforce integration is set up, you'll be given different modules to choose from. If the integration is set up to create a contact, you will have to check the contacts tab every time for finding the contact created from the call information gathered by our agents.
How do I send call messages to specific channels in my Salesforce account app?
You'll be able to choose the respective module or a specific channel where the information will be stored in your Salesforce app.
Can I send messages to my receptionists through my Salesforce account?
No. Unfortunately, information can only be transferred one way (from AnswerConnect to Salesforce).
