How do I set up the Zendesk - AnswerConnect integration?

How do I add Tag(s) to a ticket?
When configuring a workflow, your receptionists choose the required value under the 'Tag name' field. We don't use the predefined tags from Zendesk. However, we can use the call information as a tag.
How do I deactivate the Slack integration?
To deactivate the integration:
1. Go to Settings
2. Select Advanced Settings
3. Click Integrations
4. Choose the Salesforce integration card
5. Click Deactivate
Can I send messages to my receptionists through my Zendesk account?
No, you cannot send messages from Zendesk to AnswerConnect.
