    When configuring a workflow, your receptionists choose the required value under the 'Tag name' field. We don't use the predefined tags from Zendesk. However, we can use the call information as a tag.

  • How do I deactivate the Zendesk integration?Arrow icon

    To deactivate the integration:

    • Go to Settings
    • Select Advanced Settings
    • Click Integrations
    • Choose the Zendesk integration card
    • Click Deactivate
  • Can I send messages to my receptionists through my Zendesk account?Arrow icon

    No, you cannot send messages from Zendesk to AnswerConnect.
