I’ve switched accounts on my Chime. How do I get my AnswerConnect account to connect with my new Chime
In the existing Zap workflow, choose the Chime app and look under the account section to change your Chime account.
How do I send call messages to specific channels in my Chime CRM?
When configuring the workflow, you can choose the required collabs or channels where the call information will be sent as a message. You will even have the option to customize your messages.
Can I send messages to my receptionists through the Chime app?
Unfortunately not. You can only receive information from your receptionists. You can message receptionists, leave feedback on call messages and call clients directly from the AnswerConnect App.
How do I deactivate the Chime integration?
To deactivate the Chime integration:
- Go to the dashboard in your Zapier account.
- Select Zaps from the left sidebar.
- In the search bar, search for the Zaps connected to the integration you wish to deactivate.
- Find the Zap you wish to deactivate.
- Click the ellipses on the integration and hit “Delete”.
