Running more than one business location or account? With Multiple Locations, you can now link all your accounts under a single login. No more juggling different usernames and passwords, just one login to access everything.

How it works

  1. Request access: Contact our Client Services team at clientservices@answerconnect.com or call 800-531-5828 to request Multiple Locations access.
  2. Account verification: We’ll confirm with the owners of each account you want linked. For security, every owner must approve access.
  3. Approval process: Once approvals are received, our team validates the request and enables Multiple Locations for you.
  4. Log in: Sign in at my.answerconnect.app with your email and password. You’ll see all approved accounts listed.
  5. Switch easily: Choose the account you want to work on, and switch anytime from the Profile menu.

Your accounts stay separate with their own data, settings, and billing but now you can move between them with one login.

Who is it for?

  • Franchisors or franchisees managing multiple branches.
  • Agencies or consultants handling multiple client accounts.
  • Non-profits supporting or administering accounts for multiple organizations.
  • Coaches or advisors who oversee accounts for their clients (e.g., attorneys, accountants, financial advisors, HR or IT/operations advisors).
  • Affiliates or marketing managers coordinating lead generation across several businesses.
  • Any business owner running more than one AnswerConnect account.

Getting started

If you already manage multiple accounts, speak to your Client Account Manager (CAM) to have Multiple Locations enabled. Once activated, you’ll see your linked accounts on log-in.

FAQs

Do I need to own all the accounts to use Multiple Locations?
No. Admins can also use this feature. However, each account owner must confirm access before linking.

Will my accounts stay separate?
Yes. Every location keeps its own Inbox, team, customers, billing, and settings. Nothing is merged; you simply get one login to access them all.

Can I unlink accounts later?
Of course. Just reach out to our support team, and we’ll help you safely unlink any location once the request is verified.

Is Multiple account switching available on mobile?
Not yet. Right now, location switching is available on desktop, but mobile support is coming soon.

Does this affect billing or subscriptions?
No. Each location continues with its own plan and billing details. Linking them under one login won’t affect your payments.

Note: Switching between multiple accounts is not currently available for HIPAA-compliant accounts.
