Reactivating your live answering account has never been simpler; you can restart service within minutes.
Here’s how it works
Sign in to the AnswerConnect web or desktop app. Once you’ve logged into your account, you’ll be greeted with a pop-up banner. The content of this banner will depend on whether your account was cancelled voluntarily or cancelled for non-payment.
Cancelled voluntarily
If you voluntarily cancelled your account (without any pending dues), you will see a banner on login prompting you to select a plan and restart your service. Following the instructions on the banner prompt allows even long-inactive users to easily return without support intervention.
- Log in to your AnswerConnect account on the web or desktop app.
- You’ll be greeted with a banner, press Choose plan.
- You will now be redirected to choose your live answering plan. Once you have selected your plan, press ‘Pay & confirm’ and confirm your payment, following the on-screen prompts.
- Welcome back! You will be shown your new number on screen. A member of our team will get in contact with you within the first 24 hours of your return to service, to ensure your account is ready for action.
Cancelled for non-payment
If your account was cancelled for non-payment, you must clear pending dues and select a plan again to reactivate the account. Once completed, services will resume automatically.
- Log in to your AnswerConnect account on the web or desktop app.
- You’ll be greeted with a banner, press pay now.
- Following the on-screen prompt, submit your payment details to clear your pending account balance.
- You will now be redirected to choose your live answering plan. Once you have selected your plan, press ‘Pay & confirm’ and confirm your payment, following the on-screen prompts.
- Welcome back! You will be shown your new number on screen. A member of our team will get in contact with you within the first 24 hours of your return to service, to ensure your account is ready for action.
