Yes! If you’re using our app, you now have the option to import your Google Contacts directly. This will allow you to effortlessly bring in key details like names, phone numbers, email addresses, and additional relevant fields from Google Contacts. 

Here’s how to get started:

1. Log in to your AnswerConnect app

2. Navigate to the Contacts section.

3. Click on Options and then Import Contacts

4. Then select Google Contacts and click on Continue.

5. Authenticate your Google account: You will then be prompted to either select your account or log in to an account (If not signed in already). Then, sign in to your Google account from which you would like to import contacts.

6. Grant the required permissions to allow AnswerConnect to access your contacts.

7. Choose specific contacts or import all contacts from your Google account.

8. While you’re importing, a progress status will display on your screen. Once successful, you will be notified of the total number of contacts imported. 

That’s it. Your new contacts will now appear in your directory and sync with the AnswerConnect app, so your team and our receptionists have the latest info right at their fingertips – helping reduce call times and increase message accuracy.
