You may want to make a one-time payment for a variety of reasons; including clearing an outstanding balance, while you’re in between payment methods, or just to stay in control of your answering account.

You are able to make a one-time payment, whether you have recurring payments set up or not. Simply: 

  • Log in to the AnswerConnect app
  • Choose Settings
  • Select Billing and Reports from the menu in the left sidebar 
  • Click on the ‘Pay’ button in the Billing Summary box

From here, a new window will open, allowing you to pay with an existing debit or credit card, or by using Google Pay or Apple Pay.

When you choose your preferred payment method, you will be prompted to enter the amount you would like to pay. When you are ready, click Pay to process the payment. 

Please note we cannot accept payment by check.
