When every minute counts, clarity is everything.
Whether you’re running a small team or managing hundreds of client conversations each month, remembering the details of every call is… impossible. That’s why Call Recordings have long been a helpful tool for businesses – and we’ve just made them even more powerful.
Now available as an add-on, Call Recording with Call Transcription and summaries gives you a complete overview of your recorded conversations, straight to your inbox.
Forget skimming through long recordings or relying only on call notes. Our new summaries show you what was said, what actions were agreed upon, and what matters most.
6 ways Call Transcription & summaries help you
1. Get the complete picture – instantly
Your 24/7 receptionist always captures key points in their written message, but now you get the entire conversation, word-for-word. And with the automatic transcription, you don’t even need to listen back unless you want to.
It’s all searchable, skimmable, and available in seconds – saving you time and helping you act faster.
2. Save time: No more note-taking
No more replaying calls. Transcriptions act as your post-call summary, logging not just what was said but how it was said. That means less time spent taking notes and writing follow-ups, and more time spent taking action.
3. Keep the whole team on the same page
Transcriptions make it easier to share customer insights across your team without lifting the phone or relaying second-hand notes, whether it’s sales following up on a lead or support resolving a complaint.
4. Train and coach your team more effectively
Replay key calls or review transcripts to train new staff, identify trends, and improve your client experience. It’s like having a built-in training tool that works while you sleep.
5. Protect your business and your reputation
Disputes, missed details, or conflicting recollections? With recordings and transcripts, you have an objective record to refer back to, keeping you and your clients on the same page.
6. Your data, your rules
You can enable or disable call recording for any number at any time. And of course, we follow strict data protection protocols. Your recordings are stored securely and never shared.
