Our receptionists answer every call that comes through, and those minutes count toward your monthly usage. To protect you from being charged for short, unintentional calls, we cover the first 30 calls under 30 seconds each month for free. This includes wrong numbers, as well as:
- Hung-up calls
- Spam calls
- No response calls
